STUDIO
Creativity requires walls. The blank page, endless time, and endless open freedom is the antithesis of good creativity. Artists need bounds in which to work in order to create their best work. Jack White books himself 4 studio days to record an album. Chuck Close restricted himself to pencil-only for his portraiture. Boundaries force creativity and maybe this is what we love about working in a studio environment. We use the constriction of working within 4 walls to find ways to make people and products shine.
